The apartment itself was nice, we found it in a nice building. Very kind and nice employees, we thoroughly enjoyed that. We felt secure thanks to safe, provided in here.

It had everything needed including a lounge area and a safe, rooms were reasonably spacious. The location was great, just next door to Rio Lerma bars as well as cafes in fashionable Reforma, I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Our apartment was excellent so close to the central city area, Chupaltepec park, and museums. It was convenient and ideal in a good neighborhood near lots of great restaurants.

I recently stayed at Suites Ganges for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spacious, clean, and located in a safe and comfortable area. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They even provided an extra blanket for us during the cold nights. The suite itself was modern and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was also modern and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was situated within walking distance to many popular attractions in the Reforma district. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, making it a convenient location for dining out.

There was not much to like during the single night I stayed

The allocated room was not ready even for 9pm check in.the allocated room was different to the advertised one. No water was available at the hotel. The senior staff was rude and asked for extra money for the advertised service

The accommodation was excellent located very close to the centre as well as museums, that's what I was expecting. The setting was nice. Also, it was based to the nearest grocery store.

Nice and clean apartment to live in close to Chapultepec park, a good area, and Reforma CBD/Polanco. Huge and updated rooms with kitchenette.

Great location, surrounded by restaurants, and close to market and museum. Large, apartment-style room with hallway, living room, and kitchen. Daily cleaning service includes dishes. Shared balcony adds a nice touch.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and we liked it there. It actually looks like on the pictures, there is a kitchen.They even have a private garage, very useful if you travel by car. This hotel is not far from Downtown; restaurants and cafes are near by. This hotel is definitely worth the money. Once you are in Mexico city, go to the Anthropology museum, which is not far away, a lot of interesting artifacts.
